On January 15, 2019, Zaige Group held a working meeting to report the completion of the annual work objectives for 2018. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Zhang Yongchang. General Manager Zhao Zhizhong reported the completion of various work tasks in 2018, analyzed the existing problems, and interpreted the work objectives and tasks for 2019 for participants to learn and discuss. Management personnel and department heads attended the meeting.

Since 2018, the leaders of the Group have attached great importance to the development and construction of the enterprise itself, based on the new era, practicing new ideas, adapting to new situations, grasping new requirements, and constantly improving their ability to steer the direction, manage the overall situation, make decisions, and ensure implementation. Meetings have been held for many times to study and solve various new situations and problems in production, find new ways to adapt to the reform, focus on the general goal, innovate the reform work ideas, stimulate the vitality of production development, make specific arrangements, clarify the key points, refine the measures, implement the responsibilities, and strive to write a new chapter of production and development in the reform.
In 2018, the goals and tasks of the Zaige work were successfully completed, creating a good foundation for the work in 2019.
