China’s environmental protection, Zaige ushers new opportunity
Ministry of Environmental Protection currently convened the second leading group meeting of the causes and governance of air heavy pollution. After hearing the report of the general expert group, the meeting discussed and adopted the implementation plan of the causes and governance of air heavy pollution. On the meeting, it is decided to set up 28 tracking research expert teams to conduct field guide to the cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the surrounding "2 + 26" cities.
This year, "2 + 26" cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region completed self-examination and took out the list of 56000 small scattered pollution enterprises. These enterprises will be phased out and cleaned in this October. In order to ensure the small scattered pollution enterprise governance can achieve decisive progress, this is a significant measure and link of solving the air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and defending the blue sky.
Continue to strengthen law enforcement effort, enrichlaw enforcement means, innovate law enforcement methods andimprove the law enforcement ability. Ministry of Environmental Protection will strengthen the renovation of the small scatteredpollution enterprises and focus on the special renovation of the small scatteredpollution enterprises which are not conform to industrial policies, local industrial allocation plan, pollutant emission standards, as well as the enterprises whose land, environmental protection, industry and commerce, quality supervision procedures are incomplete. Among them, the Ministry will conduct specification renovation on the small manufacture enterprises in renewable resources industry who are involving in coloured smelting manufacture, production of rubber,leather, chemical, steel, waste plastics, etc. The enterprises who are not conform to environmental protection policy will be banned according to“two cut and three eliminate” standards (cut off water, power and eliminate raw material, product and equipment） .
The full-range ban ofsmall scatteredpollution enterprises, facing the situation of environmental protection, the renewable resources enterprises like Zaige, who has certain scale, with complete procedures and standard bases construction and production, environmental protection facilities, achieve EIA standard and through the acceptance of state related departments, will usher great development opportunities.
