The Xinhua News Agency issued a news report that “central state organs will first impose mandatory garbage classification" in 16th June, 2017. Just in today，the Signing Ceremony of Strategic Cooperation Between Zaige Group and Beijing Xuanang Company held in Zaige Industry Base, Handan City.
The signing marks the establishment of a solid strategic cooperative partnership between the two sides in the waste treatment, jointly promoting a new pattern of waste sorting in China. It laid a good foundation for sustained, healthy and rapid development for this two groups to carry out the strategic layout of urban waste treatment in the country.
Handan is the national pilot city to impose mandatory garbage classification. The two sides agreed to invest a waste treatment center in Handan city together, building a demonstration model base under the " waste disposal network system of the Ministry of Construction " and " Renewable Resource Recycling Network System of the Ministry of Commerce". It meets the requirement of integrating the two networks proposed by the State Council to jointly build an integrated environmental protection platform featuring the convergence of the two networks.
On the signing ceremony, Mr. Liu Kang ,the chairman of the board of Zaige Group, and Mr. Zhao Yiwu, the chairman of the board of Beijing Xuanang Company limited both expressed that the cooperation should be based on responsibility, fairness, legitimacy and win-win situation. Mr. Liu Kang and Mr. Zhao Yiwu represented the two sides to sign the stretegic cooperation agreement.
Zaige Group, located in the Jinan New District of Handan City, is the first domestic renewable resources enterprise that listed in the overseas main board. It is a new force that takes lead to develop global market among Chinese renewable resources enterprises. Its "Handan Renewable Resources Venous Industrial Park ", a national demonstration zones of Circular Economy, was listed as one of the major projects of the national "13th Five-Year" plan. It is also a national-level regional renewable resource recycling base receiving special funds of Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of finance
