In June 7th , 2017, the signing ceremony of <strategic cooperation agreement> between ZaiGe group and Shenwu group was held in Zaige park, jinan new district, Handan city. The signing of the contract marks the establishment of stable strategic partnership between the two sides, and lays a solid foundation for the national strategic layout, sustained, healthy and rapid development for the two groups, the cooperation will promote sustained and healthy development of Zaige group’s national strategic layout.
During the signing ceremony, Mr. Liu Kang, the Chairman of ZaiGe Group and Mr. Wang Rufang, deputy general manager Shenwu group respectively gave a speech, expressing good wishes to establish long-term cooperation. ZaiGe group is located in Jinan District, Handan City, it is awarded as one of major projects of the "12th Five-Year" plan of Heibei province and a demonstration unit circular economy in Handan city as well as a national level regional renewable resource recycling base receiving special funds of Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of finance . The base is 15 kilometers away from the main city, with a total planned area of 2000 mu and total investment of RMB 3 billion RMB. It goes through environmental assessment and is approval by various government departments with complete procedures and documents. In 2011, the company received special acceptance of the national, provincial and municipal commercial and financial departments to become the "regional renewable resources recycling and utilization base". In 2013, the company received acceptance and announcement by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to gain access to scrap iron and steel processing industry.
